These special SensBed bed sensor mat is also based on the SensFloor system. It detects, if the bed is occupied. It is installed beneath the mattress. In hospitals it therefore does not produce false alarms, when the rooms are cleaned or persons are visiting the patients.
The SensBed cover is made of special breathable membrane that can be washed and dried at high temperatures suitable for disinfection at hospitals. Easy-to-clean PVC laminates are also available.
